Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
We represent parties in domestic and cross-border arbitration, and advise on the arbitration clause long before any dispute exists — because the clause agreed at signature decides where a dispute is heard, under which rules, in which language and how enforceable the award will be.
How we work
Arbitration rewards preparation more than argument. We build the evidential record early, keep the procedural timetable under control, and give you a candid assessment of the likely range of outcomes so that any settlement decision is made with real numbers rather than optimism.
Cross-border matters
Where a dispute involves parties, contracts or assets in more than one country, questions of seat, governing law, language and enforcement have to be handled together rather than one at a time. Working in both Arabic and English, we can conduct proceedings in the language the tribunal and the evidence require.
