How we work
Litigation is expensive, slow and public, and the decision to start it should be taken with that fully in view. We tell clients what a case is realistically worth, what it will cost to run and how long it is likely to take before anyone commits to it — and we say so plainly when the better commercial answer is to settle.
Before proceedings begin
A great deal is decided before a claim is ever filed: what was put in writing, what was preserved, and how the first letters were worded. If a dispute is developing, the earlier we see it, the more options remain open.
